Digital Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital optimisation and content initiatives for Zurich Cover‑More’s Rapid Learning Lab. Working within a globally distributed team, you will coordinate onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional, onshore and offshore teams to plan and deliver multiple digital optimisation and content initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and dependencies.
• Own day‑to‑day operational delivery of concurrent projects, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones.
• Identify, track, and report risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions.
• Provide project leadership for digital marketing, optimisation, and application development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices.

Required profile

• Strong project discipline with experience delivering digital projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge time zones and cultures.
• Experience estimating effort, costs, and managing budgets.
