Director General – HR Leader

About the role

The Director General will act as an employee champion and a change leader, overseeing the entire human‑resource function of the organization. This senior position reports to senior management and drives strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance for talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development.
• Serve as a strategic human‑capital advisor to the senior management team.
• Develop and implement initiatives, policies and programs that create consistency across the organization.
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiency and attractiveness for top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
• 7+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in a services‑oriented business with both corporate and business‑unit line exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, organize and prioritize work.
