About the role

The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is seeking a strategic and people‑focused leader to shape its human resources function. As Director of Human Resources, you will drive the people strategy, nurture a strong organizational culture, and support operational excellence across the luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall HR strategy, including talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
Oversee training, development programs, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, and labor regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead culture and engagement initiatives.
Strategic mindset combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Advanced English proficiency.
