Director of Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance‑marketing agency looking for a Director of Operations to transition our business from founder‑led decision making to a scalable operating model. This fully remote senior role will partner with leadership to design systems, reduce bottlenecks, and enable the agency to grow from 30 to 100 employees without losing speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an operating structure that supports rapid scaling while maintaining agility.
• Audit, redesign, and document workflows across Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, Client Services, and internal operations.
• Standardize processes in ClickUp, creating SOPs, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
• Introduce AI and automation tools into reporting, onboarding, and task management, ensuring adoption across teams.
• Reduce founder involvement in day‑to‑day decisions by establishing clear decision‑making cadences.
• Develop the Operations Coordinator into a functional work‑stream leader.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, systems design, or related fields.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and building operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement root‑cause solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp or comparable project‑management platforms.
