About the role
The Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead its Rooms Division. This senior position oversees all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations.
- Ensure service excellence and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Optimize occupancy, room revenue, and overall operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams across the division.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with operational policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a senior Rooms Division role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong operational and leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on management approach.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
