About the role

The Director, Recruiting will lead Capital One's talent acquisition efforts for a specific business segment in Mexico City. This senior position is responsible for designing and executing recruiting strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring high‑quality hires that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities
