District Manager, LATAM

About the role

Shield AI is seeking a senior, quota‑carrying District Manager for Latin America to lead market development, revenue growth, and customer adoption of its autonomy software, unmanned aircraft systems, and simulation technologies. This remote role will focus on priority LATAM countries while building senior relationships across government, defense, security, public safety and aviation customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the LATAM go‑to‑market strategy, revenue plan, bookings target and pipeline health.
• Develop country and account plans for priority markets, covering target customers, acquisition pathways and partner strategy.
• Build executive relationships with military, government, defense and public‑safety stakeholders.
• Lead the full opportunity lifecycle from discovery through negotiation, award and expansion.
• Manage strategic channel partners and ensure disciplined CRM hygiene, forecasting and compliance with export‑control and anti‑corruption requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of sales or business‑development experience in aerospace, defense, UAS or related technology markets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building teams or partner networks.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in complex government or defense markets.
• Extensive experience with LATAM government, defense and public‑safety procurement processes.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English and ability to travel up to 50% across the region.
