Electronic Failure Analysis Engineer – Warranty Lab

About the role

Join Bosch's Warranty Lab in Ciudad Juárez as an Electronic Failure Analysis Engineer. You will lead comprehensive electrical product investigations, delivering accurate analysis results on time while supporting warranty technicians and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure analysis of electrical products and customer claims following approved test flows.
• Set up, install, and maintain test equipment hardware and software.
• Collaborate with development teams for special analyses, defect‑not‑found cases, and new equipment integration.
• Detect failure trends, generate troubleshooting guides, and report findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize hardware and software diagnostic tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe) and interpret electrical schematics and Gerber files.
• Participate in plant and QMM digitalisation projects, applying AI tools and RPA solutions.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports for each customer claim and ensure compliance with internal KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in failure diagnostics or product/test engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Experience using CANalyzer, CANoe, and other hardware/software diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and Gerber files.
• Basic programming skills.
• Familiarity with AI‑based digital tools and data analytics.
