Email Marketer – Retention & Lifecycle

About the role

Americanflat is looking for an Email Marketer to own its Klaviyo lifecycle program from start to finish. You will build, design and optimise automated flows as well as manage the promotional campaign calendar, directly influencing revenue for this fast‑growing DTC home‑decor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and optimise core Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, sunset, replenishment/cross‑sell) including triggers, conditional splits and smart sending.
• Design mobile‑first, on‑brand email templates in Klaviyo using drag‑and‑drop or custom HTML and create reusable modular blocks.
• Maintain list health through deliverability monitoring, double‑opt‑in, bot protection and segment creation based on engagement and purchase behaviour.
• Own the promotional campaign calendar, write copy, run A/B tests on subject lines, send times and content layouts, and report weekly performance metrics.
• Implement and QA tracking with UTMs, conversion attribution and event triggers from Shopify.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of email marketing experience for an e‑commerce or DTC brand.
• Hands‑on expertise with Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation and reporting.
• Proven email design ability with a portfolio of shipped campaigns.
• Experience working with Shopify data and integration.
