Employee Experience Junior Manager

About the role

Aeromexico is seeking an Employee Experience Junior Manager to turn employee listening insights into measurable organizational change. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute action plans that improve the employee lifecycle and drive a culture of engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Design, prioritize, and manage change projects across the employee journey.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement engagement frameworks.
• Monitor success metrics, track impact, and adjust strategies based on results.
• Lead process‑improvement efforts and ensure adoption of new practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of designing and executing change initiatives from diagnosis to delivery.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Background in process improvement and employee lifecycle redesign is a strong plus.
