Engineer II

About the role

The Engineer II will support the design, development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and components used in our products. Working closely with design, laboratory, manufacturing, quality and other cross‑functional teams, the role ensures that electrical designs meet product requirements, safety standards, performance specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate and improve electrical systems, circuits, components and assemblies.
• Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Select appropriate electrical and electronic components based on design specifications.
• Support prototype development, validation and new product introductions.
• Plan, perform and document laboratory tests to assess performance, reliability, functionality and safety.
• Conduct electrical measurements using appropriate instrumentation and analyse test results.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in design reviews, provide technical recommendations and support engineering changes.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, manufacturing, quality and laboratory teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, product design, testing or laboratory engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment is preferred.
