Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

HappyRobot is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate growth across the Mexican market. You will be the first point of contact with prospective enterprise clients, introducing our AI workforce platform and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound prospecting.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM and track outreach activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Founder mindset – willing to take risks and own outcomes.
• Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
