Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

About the role

Jetour is looking for a recent graduate to join its IT team as an entry‑level support specialist. You will ensure that hardware, software and enterprise systems run smoothly for internal users, providing both remote and on‑site assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, operating systems and enterprise platforms such as SAP.
• Log, track and close support tickets using the designated help‑desk system.
• Install, configure and update computers, printers, mobile devices and software.
• Provide basic functional support for SAP (ticket creation, access issues, navigation).
• Offer remote and on‑site assistance, train employees on IT tools and business platforms.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support when needed.
• Document solutions, procedures and system configurations.
• Monitor basic IT system performance and report critical failures.

Required profile

• Technical degree or bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience, university projects or up to one year of technical support experience is a plus.
• Native Spanish speaker with technical English reading and writing skills.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows and/or macOS.
• Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, Outlook.
• Basic LAN/WAN networking, printers, antivirus tools and diagnostics utilities.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN and user account management.
• Basic understanding of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Freshdesk or Zendesk.
