About the role

The Engineering Project Specialist will plan, communicate, define and coordinate plant‑level projects for BENTELER Automotive in Mexico. You will work closely with the QCT team to ensure project execution follows agreed specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage plant project plans from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to guarantee alignment with technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks and timelines.
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Support the installation of industrial machinery and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial machinery installation projects.
• Strong project management background, including cost, time and risk control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Advanced English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Leadership and effective communication abilities.

• SAP (desirable)
