About the role

As a member of Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team, you will ensure the smooth movement of goods by handling air export guides, validating import/export documentation, and supporting both internal and external customers. Your work will directly contribute to delivering medicines, toys, and critical machine parts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Issue master export guides and validate documentation for import and export shipments.
• Verify that guides, tariffs, and invoices comply with customs and regulated warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate cargo transfers with other regulated warehouses, ensuring no pending shipments and correct assignment to Kuehne+Nagel facilities.
• Collaborate with warehouse providers on cargo transfers, safeguards, inbound and outbound activities.
• Respond to operational requests from Customer Service teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of air import/export processes and related documentation.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to adjust schedules occasionally and provide operational support on some Saturdays (paid overtime).
• Availability to work on‑site near Monterrey International Airport.
