About the role

Midea Group is seeking an IT Supply Chain Systems Specialist to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of supply‑chain and logistics applications across its North LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador). The role bridges business and IT, ensuring stable, efficient, and optimized ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage ERP, WMS, and TMS solutions for the North LATAM region.
• Act as the regional IT point of contact during system roll‑outs and upgrades.
• Gather business requirements, produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and coordinate solution design with Midea HQ.
• Provide day‑to‑day application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in full IT project lifecycles, including testing, user training, UAT support, and go‑live activities.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with TMS or WMS systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
