Executive Operations Director

About the role

The Executive Operations Director leads multi‑country distribution centre operations, ensuring excellence in service quality, productivity, safety and financial performance. This senior leader drives strategic execution, scalable processes and a high‑performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations across multiple distribution centres, maintaining consistent standards and KPIs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labour standards, company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify efficiency, accuracy and throughput improvements.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing leadership teams at all facilities.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to support scalability and growth.
• Manage operating budgets, financial performance and cost‑control initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, operational audits and compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Support implementation of new technologies, automation initiatives and warehouse management systems.
• Establish a culture of accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical operational issues and lead resolution strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site operations and large teams.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technologies.
