Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. The position is fully remote and focuses on identifying and attracting senior‑level talent for both internal leadership roles and client organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to source executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to continuously source qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends and adjust recruitment tactics accordingly.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with executive‑level searches.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
