About the role
Join Susurros del Corazón, a luxury oceanfront resort in Punta de Mita, as an Experience Manager. You will shape and deliver the resort’s signature soulful experiences, guiding guests and team members through curated adventures, activities, and amenities that reflect the property’s unique spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an annual events calendar aligned with the Susurros del Corazón Journey Map.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate inter‑departmental execution of special events, weekly activities, classes, and programs.
- Create daily rituals that bring the resort’s spirit to life for guests and the local community.
- Curate design elements for resort spaces, retail areas, and amenity offerings.
- Create, teach, and standardize the presentation and execution of guest offerings.
- Activate event spaces and spa experiences to enhance the overall guest journey.
