About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 12‑15 years of experience to lead and deliver complex projects in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define clear, achievable objectives.
• Oversee execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Guide quality management to maintain high standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage scope to prevent creep and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to align needs and expectations.
• Monitor budgets closely to achieve financial objectives.
• Utilize MS Project to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for seamless execution.
• Analyze performance data, implement improvements, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation for audits.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of project management experience.
• Strong background in time, quality, scope, and risk management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and budgeting.
• Experience in research and development is a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification required.
