Experiences Host – Curated Culinary & Cultural Events

About the role

Origin Explorers is seeking an enthusiastic Experiences Host to lead immersive culinary and cultural events in Mexico City. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through thoughtfully designed experiences that celebrate local traditions and global flavors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in, and provide clear introductions to each experience.
• Prepare venues, set up materials, and ensure all logistical elements are ready.
• Present storytelling elements, share cultural insights, and facilitate group activities.
• Coordinate with food and beverage partners to deliver seamless service.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support reservation processes and promote upcoming experiences to drive bookings.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and conversational English.
• Proven customer‑service background with a focus on hospitality.
• Experience leading workshops, tastings, or group activities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for cultural exchange, responsible tourism, and local traditions.
