Finance Business Partner – North America

About the role

Indie Campers is seeking a Finance Business Partner to strengthen financial visibility and control across its North American operations. You will act as a bridge between accounting and business teams, providing accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and management of the annual budget, focusing on fleet services and operational costs.
• Verify accounting entries and ensure financial statements reflect actual business activity.
• Provide management with reliable financial information and recommendations for cost and process improvements.
• Monitor business activity and project execution through key performance indicators.
• Conduct cost and business analysis versus budget and forecasts.
• Control budget execution by approving purchase orders and invoices.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a company with physical operations.
• Background in consultancy or auditing, currently handling business controlling or FP&A.
