Finance Intern

About the role

Join Dematic’s finance team in Guadalupe as a Finance Intern and gain hands‑on experience in financial management for Mexican entities. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations while developing a solid foundation in accounts payable, tax invoicing, and intercompany processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounts payable support for Mexican entities.
• Process tax invoices for third‑party customers.
• Follow up and control intercompany accounts receivable.
• Prepare payment complements (Fiscal Requirement) and intercompany invoicing.
• Control tax and internal documentation and generate internal operation reports (KPIs such as inventories and shipments).
• Assist with general accounting activities.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance or a related field (at least 6th semester).
• Intermediate spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
