Finance Jr Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Finance Junior Analyst to support the Global Procurement Finance team for PepsiCo Foods North America. The role focuses on contract administration, financial controls and cash‑flow oversight across the North American portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contract workspaces, supplier collaboration, legal review and electronic signatures within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
• Maintain a centralized contract library ensuring traceability, compliance and audit readiness.
• Participate in quarterly SOX‑related internal control reviews to verify contract terms, spend amounts and key dates.
• Analyze payment terms and support cash‑flow planning for the North America operations.
• Monitor supplier purchase commitments and contingent liabilities to mitigate financial risk.
• Prepare quarterly executive summaries of supplier commitments and present insights to North America Vice Presidents.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, Procurement and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software for financial analysis.
