Finance Manager – 3P Finance (Marketplace FBA)

About the role

Amazon Mexico is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the 3P Finance team for the Marketplace Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) channel. You will partner with cross‑functional and cross‑regional stakeholders to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the growth of the 3P business.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the Marketplace Latam FBA finance function and consolidate FP&A processes for Mexico.
• Develop financial models, validate operational results, and deliver analytical support for the Marketplace business.
• Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity across reporting.
• Lead month‑end close activities and planning cycles.
• Partner with business teams to drive growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate forecast and reporting processes for Latam Marketplace, driving automation and simplification.
• Produce accurate, insightful financial reports for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to apply global standards and shift repetitive tasks to central teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
• Proven ability to apply key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• Track record of delivering results on large, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical background with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
