Forward Deployment Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) is a hybrid position that blends engineering, business analysis, and customer success. You will act as the bridge between product teams and enterprise clients, ensuring smooth deployment of AI‑driven solutions, workflow automation, and SaaS integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy edge cloud computing solutions for users of AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft and other platforms.
• Build SaaS applications with multitenancy, scalability and large‑volume data handling (Big Data).
• Expand the portfolio to support over 200 popular cloud applications.
• Translate client requirements into production‑ready, high‑impact solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to deliver end‑to‑end deployments.
