Franchise Business Consultant (International)

About the role

The Franchise Business Consultant provides support and coaching to franchise and license‑operated restaurant locations across an assigned territory. Acting as a liaison between franchisees and the company, the consultant helps maximize sales, profits, and operational standards while safeguarding trademark integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop franchisees, delivering leadership and guidance.
• Execute the company’s strategic plan and monitor marketing and operational performance.
• Conduct franchise business reviews, create action plans, and track outcomes.
• Perform operational evaluations, identify business opportunities, and implement sales and cost‑control solutions.
• Support service standards, product quality, training, safety, sanitation, and new restaurant openings.
• Assist with restaurant development, including sub‑market analysis, site approval, and kitchen design.
• Help franchisees design and deliver systematic training programs and opening assistance.
• Communicate updates to company specifications and procedures.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, meetings, and conference calls to stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Approximately six years of experience in restaurant operations, franchise management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of meeting operational goals, driving sales, and maximizing profits.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to set expectations, enforce quality standards, and manage confidential information.
