Frontline Recruiter – High Volume Hiring

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Frontline Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring across the United States. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute recruitment strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for high‑volume roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop hiring plans and timelines.
• Provide recruitment consulting, advisory and partnership to business units.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate data in HR systems.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and process excellence.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of frontline or high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with decision‑making capability.
• Adaptable, flexible and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in English.
