Full-Cycle Recruiter – Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑growing client. This remote, full‑time position requires a proactive, metrics‑driven professional who can source, engage, and place talent across multiple high‑volume vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X‑Ray, and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies that leverage both traditional and non‑traditional channels.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidates to successful placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Demonstrated success in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Ability to source candidates independently rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
