General Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of L’Arte’s restaurant operations. You will be responsible for motivating staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House activities.
• Deliver superior service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, research new vendors, and manage inventory of goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Hire, schedule, train, and appraise staff, fostering a motivated team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Control operational costs, identify waste‑reduction measures, and prepare detailed revenue and expense reports.
• Promote the brand within the local community and suggest strategies to broaden the audience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people‑management abilities.
• Extensive food‑and‑beverage knowledge and familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Acute financial management skills and ability to create operational reports.
• BA degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
