About the role

Responsible to ensure that all QE deliverables are executed on time and to the appropriate level of detail, while monitoring production and service quality scores and implementing corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Quality Objectives, MSA, Control Plans, Part Inspection, Capability Studies, and Customer PPAP on schedule.
• Monitor and report incoming quality scores, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain key customer and internal relationships to support successful product launches.
• Prepare monthly assessments of QE deliverables, mitigating risks with corrective actions for any yellow or red status items.
• Participate in quoting, program reviews, phase exit reviews, and resource budgeting.
• Lead advanced quality planning activities, including AIAG standards, FMEA, PPAP, dimensional layouts, and gage/fixture design.
• Apply advanced statistical methods, design of experiments, and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Act as a BOS lead auditor and support health, safety, and environmental investigations.

Required skills

• Quality Engineering deliverables (MSA, Control Plans, PPAP, Capability Studies).
• AIAG Advanced Quality Planning, FMEA, dimensional layout, gage/fixture design.
• Advanced statistical analysis, design of experiments, problem‑solving methods.
• BOS lead auditor certification.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) audit and incident reporting.
