About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will coordinate and administer quality functions of an engineering and technical nature to ensure product quality and reliability while minimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and document all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation according to AIAG guidelines.
• Develop gauge concepts and procure gauges for specific programs.
• Collaborate with component and tooling/equipment suppliers to improve products and resolve manufacturing issues, including travel to customer or supplier sites.
• Participate in Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) and internal audits as required.
• Train quality and production personnel on program‑specific quality requirements.
• Support the Product Introduction Process through all prototype fabrication and delivery phases.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating quality activities within an engineering environment.
• Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams to solve manufacturing problems.
