About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities for DHL Ground Select in Mexico City. The role focuses on managing sourcing projects across Facility Management and Professional Services, ensuring cost‑effective and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex negotiations and auctions in an international environment.
• Drive savings and value creation while meeting quality, price, service and ESG requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with major internal business partners and external suppliers.
• Implement regional cluster strategy aligned with global category strategies.
• Apply DHL’s global procurement processes and tools such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.
• Serve as the country point of contact for supplier relationship management and escalation.
• Support cross‑region projects and collaborate with corporate category managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of facility management and professional services categories.
• Ability to work closely with legal, finance and business units.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
