About the role

The S&OP Manager will lead the Sales and Operations Planning process for CBI, aligning sales forecasts, production plans and inventory levels to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Beer Leadership Team, the role collaborates with demand and supply planning, operations, commercial finance and digital teams to drive timely decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to resolve gaps and optimize inventory.
• Support the Demand and Supply Planning teams and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of S&OP processes, ensuring discipline and adherence.
• Manage conflict and facilitate productive dialogue among diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in supply chain, including logistics, manufacturing or procurement.
• 3‑5+ years of team management experience.
• Proven knowledge of CPG/Beverage Alcohol industry and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/S&OP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with S&OP technology platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder and SAP.
