About the role

The Access Manager will be responsible for handling identity and access provisioning across multiple systems for a large financial institution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure secure and efficient account management.

Key responsibilities

• Process onboarding, off‑boarding, and transfer requests from the ticket queue to add, change, or delete accounts in Active Directory, RHEL and databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL).
• Provision and maintain access permissions for shared folders (NAS) and configure SFTP connections on Windows and RHEL platforms.
• Maintain and standardise service accounts in Active Directory.
• Provide support for provisioning tickets, ensuring adherence to least‑privilege principles.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to manage rights, permissions, and group memberships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in identity and access management within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, especially least‑privilege methodology.
• Ability to work with ticketing systems and deliver high‑quality customer service.
