Global Litigation Paralegal

About the role

The Law Offices of Jason A. Greenberg are seeking a Global Litigation Paralegal to support high‑stakes personal injury cases. You will work closely with attorneys to ensure trial readiness and help manage a large, active caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze case files to assist in litigation strategy, including settlement vs. trial decisions.
• Draft and refine summonses, complaints, discovery responses, motions, and bills of particulars using firm templates and AI‑generated drafts.
• Manage the discovery process, coordinate post‑deposition follow‑ups, and identify evidence gaps.
• Prepare subpoenas, trial notebooks, and supporting documentation; liaise with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
• Track case progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure all deadlines are met.
