Global Talent Acquisition Leader

About the role

The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will head the worldwide recruiting function, overseeing teams in North America, India, the United Kingdom and all other operating regions. The role blends regional best practices into a unified global strategy while driving digital transformation through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives across multiple regions.
• Standardize a flexible operating model that respects regulatory, cultural and labor‑market differences.
• Partner with C‑level and VPs on workforce planning, organizational growth and talent strategy.
• Lead, develop and mentor recruiting teams across continents, fostering an inclusive high‑performance culture.
• Establish governance, communication cadences and alignment with HR, Finance, Total Rewards, Talent Management and DEIB.
• Identify, redesign and automate end‑to‑end recruiting processes to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Evaluate, implement and scale AI tools for sourcing, screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling and predictive analytics.
• Serve as functional sponsor for the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring scalable configuration.
• Develop analytics dashboards (conversion funnel, quality of hire, cost per hire, diversity) to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Strategic vision with the ability to translate global talent goals into actionable plans.
• Proven operational execution experience in large, multi‑regional recruiting functions.
• Strong people leadership across cultures and time zones.
• Data‑driven and innovation‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI recruiting tools and automation technologies.
• Advanced analytics and dashboard creation skills.
