Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketer to own and scale acquisition systems for an AI‑driven B2C SaaS product. Based in Mexico and working fully remote, you will experiment rapidly, iterate on data, and shape the growth engine of an early‑stage company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise growth campaigns across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, referral and lifecycle channels.
• Run rapid experiments on messaging, audiences and funnels, scaling winners and discarding under‑performers.
• Build high‑converting landing pages, funnels and user journeys, continuously improving conversion rates.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for research, copywriting, automation, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine positioning, messaging and overall growth strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and create clear narratives around results.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt across multiple growth channels.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to become a top‑tier growth marketer.
• Comfortable using AI‑enabled marketing technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
