Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360 is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. We are looking for a Growth Marketer to acquire brands, generate leads, and turn attention into sign‑ups and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, running campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building and executing paid, SEO, outbound and referral motions.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discard under‑performing ideas and scale the winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, live in the data and communicate clear stories about what works and why.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new growth channels or tools.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern tools to work faster and smarter.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to figure out how to achieve goals without waiting for direction.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into action.
• Bonus: hands‑on experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle or B2C startup marketing.
