Growth Workflow Specialist, Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth to automate and scale our SEO and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives. Working closely with the organic growth strategy lead, you will turn strategic recommendations into automated pipelines that drive visibility across AI‑generated answer platforms and traditional search.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain an end‑to‑end automation pipeline that ingests keyword and visibility signals, generates content briefs and publishes to the CMS.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility for priority topics, products and markets, and create alerting and response processes when rankings shift.
• Automate content brief creation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals and AEO data into structured inputs for AI‑generated copy.
• Quality‑assure AI‑produced content for accuracy, brand alignment and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices before deployment.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs, content rules and market‑specific requirements for organic growth agents.
• Extend automation frameworks to other growth levers such as conversion‑rate‑optimization copy, onboarding messaging and geo‑localized content workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of emerging AEO concepts.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into automated, scalable processes.
• Experience working with AI‑driven content generation or large language models is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when reviewing AI‑generated output.
