GTM Strategy & Operations Intern

About the role

Arkham, a data and AI platform for large enterprises, is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Intern based in Mexico City. The role supports and learns how to scale Arkham's go-to-market engine, working closely with the founding team to turn market and account intelligence into commercial opportunities. It is not a traditional sales internship: it is a hands-on, analytical, systems-driven role combining GTM strategy, data and AI, and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support account and market intelligence: research target markets and enterprise accounts, map stakeholders, industries and company structures, and identify use cases and opportunities
• Assist in account strategy development: translate product capabilities into use cases, link operational challenges to business outcomes, and contribute to account plans and entry strategies
• Help build customer-facing materials such as tailored presentations and one-pagers, and frame value propositions
• Track pipeline and opportunities, ensure follow-ups and next steps are clear, and keep deal information structured
• Support Arkham's internal GTM tools by organizing data, workflows and insights, and learn how AI can improve commercial processes

Required profile

• Early in your career (student or recent graduate)
• Highly analytical and curious, enjoys solving problems with data
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive
• Interested in startups, AI and enterprise operations
• No prior sales experience required, but strong thinking and ownership are valued
