Outbound Sales Development Representative (MX/PK)

About the role

Applause is hiring an independent contractor Outbound Sales Development Representative for Mexico and Pakistan. The role sets 12+ completed demos per month by making outbound calls and sending outbound emails to lead lists, and also promotes the company's booth presence at trade shows through pre-event outreach. Applications must be submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Focus 80%+ of time on outbound calls and emails to engage SMB prospects
• Represent Applause with integrity, passion and professionalism, with a deep understanding of the product
• Help cold prospects understand the value of the software and build awareness and interest
• Schedule qualified demos for interested prospects to meet with Account Executives
• Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits and follow up to nurture leads

Required profile

• 1-2+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage SMB decision-makers
• Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and zero noticeable latency
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM EST

Required skills

• Familiarity with sales CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Time management and strong organization
