GTM Strategy & Operations

About the role

Arkham Technologies, a data and AI platform for large enterprises, is looking for a GTM Strategy & Ops person based in Mexico City to own and scale its go-to-market engine. This is not a traditional sales role: it is a systems-building, intelligence-driven, revenue-accountable position combining GTM leadership, GTM engineering and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Use Arkham to map target markets and enterprise accounts, including stakeholders, budgets, incentives, decision cycles and operational structures, and build strong positions on where Arkham has the highest leverage.
• Translate product capabilities into account-specific use cases, linking operational pain points to executive priorities and P&L impact, and design entry strategies with clear expansion paths.
• Build account-specific decks and executive narratives, and pitch Arkham to C-level executives and operators, owning discovery, qualification and strategic positioning.
• Ensure each active opportunity has momentum and clear next steps, maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio in qualification, and close the loop between intelligence and execution.
• Run and continuously improve the data, workflows and AI systems powering GTM, making Arkham stronger as a GTM engine over time.

Required profile

• Early in your career, but already understands how enterprise sales works and why deals stall.
• Analytical and research-driven, enjoys building systems rather than following playbooks.
• Wants real ownership tied to outcomes and believes GTM can be run better with clearer thinking and tighter execution.
