Guest Experience & PR Host

About the role

We are launching Bar Ligaya, an elevated cocktail experience for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies in Los Cabos. As the Guest Experience & PR Host you will shape the venue’s reputation, attract the right crowd, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Position Bar Ligaya as a must‑visit destination in San José del Cabo.
• Build and nurture a network of luxury‑hospitality partners, VIP clients, and tastemakers.
• Attract and convert guests through personal influence and strategic presence.
• Curate the energy and social dynamic of the space each night.
• Deliver a polished first impression and manage the guest experience during peak hours (Thursday‑Saturday).
• Conduct PR activities: networking, hotel visits, concierge relationships, and guest acquisition on flexible PR days.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑end venues, social scenes, or hospitality environments.
• Strong personal network or ability to develop one quickly.
• Excellent taste, timing, and social awareness.
• Ability to move comfortably in diverse, inclusive, and elevated spaces.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
