About the role

We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine for high‑growth consumer brands in Mexico. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, driving measurable business results across paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards for a diverse portfolio of consumer brand clients.
  • Build, refine, and operationalize creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on insights from Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, improving their ability to diagnose issues and create high‑converting concepts.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end creative production in partnership with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production and paid media execution for maximum impact.
  • Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
  • Act as senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze creative performance trends to identify optimization, innovation and scaling opportunities.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably in a fast‑paced agency environment managing multiple clients.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes such as higher conversion rates, lower CPA or significant revenue growth through creative strategy.
  • Deep expertise in direct response marketing and paid social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong ability to develop, mentor and lead high‑performing creative teams in a results‑oriented, high‑volume setting.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the capacity to turn data insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
