Head of Customer Operations Finance – Mexico

About the role

We are looking for a senior Finance Manager to lead the Customer Operations Finance function in Mexico. The role partners closely with Logistics and Planning teams to drive financial performance, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency across the end‑to‑end logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary financial advisor to Logistics & Transportation leadership, translating operational insights into financial implications.
• Lead logistics financial cycles, including budgets, forecasts, rolling estimates and monthly performance reviews.
• Drive logistics savings programs, tendering, rate negotiations and vendor performance validation.
• Develop business cases for network redesigns, automation or CAPEX projects, ensuring rigorous ROI, NPV and post‑implementation reviews.
• Maintain accuracy of logistics P&L, transfer pricing and regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Category Finance or similar roles.
• Proven experience supporting transformation, digitalization or operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
