Head of Growth

About the role

The Head of Growth will define and execute the growth strategy for a mature fintech market in Mexico. Reporting to senior leadership, this remote‑first role combines strategic planning with hands‑on deal execution to drive predictable revenue and improve sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and lead a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales tactics that increase pipeline quality, conversion rates, and long‑term revenue in a competitive payments environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Partnerships to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and scale the sales team, establishing clear career paths and performance metrics.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and support high‑value enterprise negotiations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years leading Account Executive teams.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in fast‑moving, B2B fintech or SaaS environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute complex deals.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
