Head of M&A – AI Trainer (Finance AI Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models that assist finance experts. You will review model outputs, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI responses using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex financial scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
