About the role
Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the growth of its Convene platform, a meeting and collaboration solution for boards and senior leadership teams. The role will focus on expanding market presence, particularly in the LATAM region, and building strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities within assigned regions.
- Represent the company in negotiations and finalize contracts with business partners.
- Report analytical insights, future business forecasts, and recommended actions to senior management.
- Assess potential partnerships and prioritize those delivering the greatest benefit.
- Analyze historical sales data to predict and drive future growth.
- Build and nurture key customer relationships, negotiate and close deals.
- Lead the design and execution of strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Support the sales team to achieve and exceed annual targets across territories and accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in B2B software/technology sales to corporate executives.
- Proven experience selling in the LATAM market and establishing partnerships or reseller networks.
- Experience leading a small sales team.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese.
- Experience with international markets and, preferably, with board‑management solutions.
