About the role
The Customer Partnerships Director (internally known as PARTnership Builder) leads the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with a portfolio of LATAM customers. The role blends account planning, sales execution and cross‑functional collaboration to drive profitable growth for Parts Town.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and drive strategic account performance through business‑plan development.
- Deliver annual sales and contribution objectives while meeting quarterly and annual quotas.
- Identify and acquire new accounts to expand market presence.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all customer levels.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer experience teams to create proactive tools and initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of business professionals.
